The project began with transforming the client's design into a responsive, user-friendly website utilizing HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP. WordPress was integrated with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to empower the client with comprehensive control over their content, images, and apartment listings, ensuring a smooth content management experience. For the visual search feature, a dynamic floor selection system was created using SVG and JavaScript, enabling users to interactively view various building floors and floor plans. When an apartment is selected, detailed layout information and a contact form would be displayed. Furthermore, the interactive floor plan would move in response to the user's mouse movements, facilitating an intuitive navigation experience throughout the floor. Apartment availability and other information could be easily updated via the CMS. Additionally, an AJAX-based table search feature was developed, allowing users to filter apartments by criteria such as room count, floor level, size, and availability, all without the need for page reloads. Clicking on an entry in the table would expand it to show more details, including a contact form pre-filled with information about that specific apartment. Both search features were optimized for speed and responsiveness, ensuring seamless performance on all devices. Comprehensive cross-browser testing was carried out to ensure compatibility across various platforms, delivering a consistent user experience.

The project involved creating eight distinct web pages, crafted by the client's graphic designer and carefully coded using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These pages were flawlessly integrated into the WordPress CMS, enabling the client to manage content easily. The Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin was employed to allow straightforward updates of text and images without needing coding skills. A notable aspect of this project was the incorporation of sophisticated animations via the GSAP library, including parallax effects that made certain images and elements move dynamically as users scrolled, providing the website with a modern, interactive vibe. Furthermore, custom sliders were added, each featuring uniquely animated elements that distinguished the website from more traditional designs and enhanced its visual attractiveness. In the "Completed Investments" section, AJAX was used to enable users to dynamically load additional investment tiles without needing to refresh the page, thus enhancing the website's performance and user experience. For the "Secondary Market" page, a system was created to streamline the management of apartment and property listings. Administrators can easily add and update listings through the WordPress panel, with all information—including descriptions, images, and availability—editable with the ACF plugin. The website was also meticulously optimized for speed and performance, with extensive testing carried out to guarantee smooth functionality, animation rendering, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

The project involved creating a website from scratch based on the client’s graphic designs, with a strong focus on developing an intuitive and interactive user interface. Two main features were key to the project: a visual search system and a "favorites" option for apartments. The visual search was designed using SVG layers, allowing for an interactive map of the building. Users could easily explore different floors and view available apartments by interacting directly with the graphics. Detailed information about the apartments was integrated within the SVG layers, which facilitated fast content loading and significantly reduced the server load, improving the speed and responsiveness of the website. The "favorites" feature was intentionally made user-friendly and efficient, allowing users to save their preferred apartments by clicking a heart icon. These favorites were stored locally in the user’s browser, avoiding the need for registration or login and enabling users to manage their selected apartments while maintaining their privacy. Additionally, a dedicated "favorites" page was created for quick access to all saved listings. Throughout the project, the emphasis was on delivering a seamless and straightforward user experience, utilizing advanced front-end technologies to provide interactive features and tailored functionality, all while ensuring user privacy and convenience.
