This included essential service infrastructure, Wi-Fi and networking equipment, a managed print solution, voice telephony, and Nurse Call IP phones (Android-based handsets) integrated with Tulich’s Advance Care system. Much of the project management responsibility rested on Amanda Walker, the Executive Assistant to the Director of Tulich Family Communities and Tulich Group. An experienced professional with multiple major Tulich building projects under her belt, Walker's daily responsibilities include recommending, overseeing, and managing the IT aspects of Tulich's operations, including both existing and new infrastructure and telephony systems. The Tulich Group evaluated various vendors to fulfill the technological needs of the new site. Ultimately, RODIN, which already provides managed IT services to other Tulich aged care facilities, presented a comprehensive proposal that effectively consolidated most of The Royce's technology needs into one package. To further enhance and streamline the delivery process, RODIN's proposal included a technology/project manager who would work closely with Walker on a daily basis.
