RMB Lawyers transform entire IT infrastructure

Unknown

Established in 1885, RMB Lawyers has grown to be one of the largest regional law firms in Australia, offering a wide variety of services such as criminal defense, business and commercial law, family law, and worker’s compensation. However, managing operations efficiently became increasingly difficult as the staff expanded to 17 offices. Managing Partner Craig Osborne noted that while they had been collaborating with a technology partner for a while, the firm’s widening geographic reach strained that partnership. “Some aspects were effective, but others fell short,” he remarked. “By 2019, it was evident that we needed to seek a new partner who could better accommodate our expanding support needs.” Osborne emphasized the firm's goal to function as a unified virtual office with consistent infrastructure and services accessible to all employees, which was essential for maintaining current operations and facilitating future growth. To achieve this, the IT team at RMB Lawyers began searching for potential technology partners. After meticulously evaluating several options, they decided in early 2020 to engage with RODIN. “RODIN stood out to us due to their extensive technical expertise and years of experience in the market,” Osborne explained. “They devoted time to fully grasp our needs and developed a strategy to help us achieve our business objectives.” This strategy included various elements aimed at enhancing and standardizing the firm’s IT infrastructure. Enabling growth & instilling business confidence

Unknown

**Introduction** Established in 2013, Webb Financial began as an accounting firm and has significantly expanded both its workforce and service offerings over the years. The company now caters to thousands of clients, providing services in accounting, financial planning, lending, and other financial solutions. **Challenges** Despite their impressive growth, Webb Financial encountered several challenges with their IT service provider. They experienced inconsistent and unreliable helpdesk support, faced monthly charges that lacked value and did not correlate with the work performed, and had no backup internet service, which resulted in a two-day business interruption when their internet went down. Seeking a provider that could offer dependable services and solutions, Webb Financial needed an IT strategy to support their continued expansion. With the company's growth, the importance of scalability, stability, and strategic planning became clear. **The Solution** After consulting multiple IT service providers, Webb Financial chose RODIN because of their excellent local reputation and well-structured proposal. Making Technology work for The Royce

Unknown

A key aspect of The Royce project involved selecting and implementing advanced technology solutions to support both staff and residents. This included essential service infrastructure, Wi-Fi and networking equipment, a managed print solution, voice telephony, and Nurse Call IP phones (Android-based handsets) integrated with Tulich’s Advance Care system. Much of the project management responsibility rested on Amanda Walker, the Executive Assistant to the Director of Tulich Family Communities and Tulich Group. An experienced professional with multiple major Tulich building projects under her belt, Walker's daily responsibilities include recommending, overseeing, and managing the IT aspects of Tulich's operations, including both existing and new infrastructure and telephony systems. The Tulich Group evaluated various vendors to fulfill the technological needs of the new site. Ultimately, RODIN, which already provides managed IT services to other Tulich aged care facilities, presented a comprehensive proposal that effectively consolidated most of The Royce's technology needs into one package. To further enhance and streamline the delivery process, RODIN's proposal included a technology/project manager who would work closely with Walker on a daily basis. "The project management was an excellent suggestion," Walker remarked. "We needed someone we could trust to design and take ownership of the overall technology solution for a project of The Royce's scale."
