Rocket Systems is often selected for their cultural alignment with clients, fostering collaboration and enhancing project outcomes. **BACKGROUND** I am the Co-Founder & CEO of Zilch, a company dedicated to eliminating the high costs of consumer credit. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We engaged Rocket Systems to design and develop a scalable and secure mobile app for our "Buy Now, Pay Later" platform. This app enables users to manage payments, monitor spending, and access a virtual Mastercard in real time. **SOLUTION** I discovered Rocket Systems through an online search on the Clutch site and chose them due to their budget-friendly pricing, value, and aligned company values. A team of 2-5 employees from Rocket Systems was assigned to our project. **Scope of Work** Rocket Systems oversaw the complete mobile app development lifecycle, which included UI/UX design, backend architecture, API integrations with Mastercard and retail partners, user authentication, and real-time transaction tracking. Key deliverables consisted of a feature-rich iOS and Android app, a comprehensive admin dashboard, and rigorous QA testing. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** The app launched successfully, achieving high user engagement and no critical issues, allowing users to easily access their virtual cards, handle installments, and shop with partner retailers, thereby boosting retention and brand trust.
