ABOUT ROBERTO GANT

Filmmaker, Videographer, Video Senior Technician

I earned a degree in Direction of Photography from the Barcelona Film School (C.E.C.C.) in 2005, after which I began my career as a Director of Photography and have now worked as a videographer for over 15 years. Following the completion of my graduation project on 35mm film, I participated in the Berlin Talent Campus in 2008, part of the Berlin International Film Festival | Berlinale. Upon my return, I immersed myself in the Camera/Photography departments as a 1st Assistant Camera on various feature films, gaining valuable experience within the industry. In 2009, I also filmed my first feature documentary, "Hit to Kill," where I served as both Director of Photography and Camera Operator. In 2012, I traveled to collaborate with various NGOs, creating documentaries in Africa and Southeast Asia, including locations like Senegal, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Laos, with my filming journeys continuing until 2018. Since 2016, I have shifted my focus to producing corporate and industrial video content. As a video editor, I frequently edit my own footage and perform color correction, having worked on projects for clients over the past seven years.
