They initially hired an external software developer to create a digital wallet application, but the vendor was unable to meet the project deadlines due to inadequate expertise. **CLIENT REQUIREMENTS** Our team was tasked with taking over the failed project. We needed to evaluate the existing code to assess its quality and security, complete the development, and prepare for the final launch. The client requested a more structured approach to development to prevent further setbacks. To expedite progress, BayanPay also requested additional developers to join the project.
