A UK-based automotive insurance company contacted us after receiving a referral from one of our partners. To enhance their customer service quality, they recognized the need to upgrade their online platform. Consequently, they sought a provider experienced in their key technologies, including .NET and React, and capable of managing extensive projects. The initiative presented various challenges, with the main objective being to expand and maintain the existing platform. The client aimed to introduce several vital new features, such as data processing and customer-facing elements. Additionally, the project necessitated several organizational changes; the client wished to enhance their planning, forecasting, and delivery cycles. They intended to adopt Scrum frameworks and Agile methodologies to better develop roadmaps and improve collaboration. This is precisely where Rite NRG can assist clients — by equipping the team to utilize specific solutions and technologies while coordinating the delivery process. Within the first month, we completed onboarding and prepared to initiate further development. We established the project pipeline, formed a dedicated team, and began to see advancements. Home Hunter is a start-up created for the Irish market, founded on the idea that it would be incredible to receive a report containing all the essential information about a property you're considering buying. The Home Hunter platform aims to provide clients with a comprehensive report that consolidates all publicly available data in one convenient location. At Rite NRG, we focus on delivering value from the outset, which for us includes engaging with clients before a project officially starts. During the presales phase, clients interact with Rite NRG's technical team, who present and discuss potential solutions. This thorough dialogue allows clients to understand who we are and what we can contribute to the project, fostering immediate trust. We then embarked on the Home Hunter project by providing a budget range (minimum, mid, and maximum) along with an analysis of various scenarios. The project proceeded with a kickoff that included a team made up of a Project Coordinator, a Business Analyst, and a .NET Developer. Testing was conducted by both the client and our team, with demo meetings held every two weeks to showcase progress and gather feedback. While the client suggested some changes, they all stayed within the project's scope. Overall, the collaboration was seamless, leading us to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) for a report-generating tool that allows the company to expand almost indefinitely. With Rite NRG’s assistance, a process that used to take a full business day now takes about 30 seconds. This efficient MVP enables them to scale their operations in ways that were previously unattainable. We were proud of the outcome and eager to find out the client's opinion, so we sent out an NPS survey and were thrilled to receive a perfect score of 10.

The company offers consulting services to help businesses adhere to legal standards and regulations. Additionally, it conducts audits to assess compliance with various requirements, such as health and safety regulations. A client approached us with just a concept aimed at enhancing the efficiency of their operations, lacking a technical framework for the software. They sought a partner to oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and wireframing to implementation and ongoing support. The client struggled with the burdensome manual processes involved in conducting audits, which required significant time—several hours—to prepare for each audit due to the need to identify specific legal obligations for each client. During the audits, consultants used previously designed Excel sheets to record information, a method that proved cumbersome and poorly suited for data handling. Both we and the client recognized that both the preparation and execution of the audits, as well as the presentation of results, needed enhancements through a modern online solution. The software needed to facilitate auditors' on-site work, particularly in factories where internet access can be unreliable, and also allow clients to view audit results online. To address these needs, we developed a Progressive Web App (PWA), which functions on both computers and tablets and works offline. This feature was crucial for the client as consultants often encountered network issues during audits at locations like warehouses. The PWA performed exceptionally well, as this type of application operates smoothly even with an unstable internet connection. The project delivered significant advantages for the client: it cut down the audit preparation time from several hours to mere seconds, enabled the companies served by the client to engage with the audit results, and created an additional sales channel.
