Chapter Mobile App for Global Association

The Pune Chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is one of 188 chapters across 58 countries globally. EO consists of a group of like-minded entrepreneurs dedicated to business growth, personal development, and community involvement. Along with our mission, vision, and core values, our global community is made up of over 13,000 unique member stories. The client sought a mobile solution to meet the requirements of a chapter-based association, aiming to transition away from using WhatsApp as the only communication tool with its members. Essential features included chapter event announcements, event registration, the capability to rate and provide feedback on events, member benefits, a complete chapter retreat agenda, and scheduled notifications. They desired an efficient, attractive, and user-friendly app, unlike some other EO applications that were not user-friendly and were frustratingly slow. Rheal stepped in to create the solution, as our founder serves as a board member for the EO Pune chapter and believed that Rheal was best equipped to successfully develop this app. We crafted the mobile app to be fast, responsive, and exceptionally simple to use. With Rheal's assistance, EO Pune successfully launched a powerful, easy-to-use mobile app for its members. Rheal remains a strategic development partner for EO Pune, continuously providing services that introduce new features to the mobile app for chapter members.

Construction Bids and Leads Management System

DataBid Inc.

DataBid is an online software platform that supplies construction leads and project information to clients in the US and Canada. Their objective is to deliver accurate data regarding projects, bids, companies, and contacts to their users. DataBid comprises three applications—Customer, Admin, and Sales—developed with outdated technology. These applications experienced issues that required resolution, as well as a transition to modern technology. The client aimed to redevelop the applications one module at a time using updated technology, allowing for immediate deployment of each module while other modules continued to operate on the older system. DataBid sought a technology partner capable of comprehending their current application and rebuilding it module by module from the ground up, ensuring the new system would be scalable and robust. They needed assurance that the new application would eliminate the limitations present in the existing one. Rheal Software was selected as the development partner to create new modules and maintain the existing application until it was fully upgraded. Rheal proposed to develop the new modules with contemporary technology while keeping the older modules functioning, implementing a bridge to link both sets. The web-based application modules created by our team resulted in an effective, visually appealing, and robust solution that aligned perfectly with the client's requirements, enabling both old and new modules to operate simultaneously in a live environment. The technologies utilized included Angular, FUSE UI theme, HTML5, CSS, ASP.NET WebAPI, Stripe Payment Gateway, and SQL Server.

Photographer Booking & Scheduling System

eHouse

Ehouse was founded about 20 years ago and focuses on creating photographs, brochures, videos, and other digital and print media to assist real estate companies in handling high-value property transactions on behalf of owners and end users. Initially, ehouse utilized a custom desktop application to manage orders and had also created a basic web application for clients to track their order statuses. However, as the business expanded, they faced challenges in managing orders with these outdated systems due to their limitations. To resolve these issues, ehouse partnered with Rheal to develop a solution aimed at maximizing workflow automation. We started by creating a photographer booking system that streamlined the process, allowing for selections based on availability, location, and other factors. Additionally, we enabled smooth sharing of photographs and content between photographers and employees involved in the workflow, eliminating the need for manual exchanges. Finally, we revamped their web application and integrated it with the desktop system to enable real-time order status tracking. This integration helped all stakeholders coordinate their schedules better, thereby reducing the turnaround time for orders.
