About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 2020 by David Quartemont, RevSearch is a recruiting firm dedicated to elevating Revenue Operations (RevOps) leadership within growth-stage, private equity-backed companies. David's vision was to transform the operator role from a tactical function into a strategic driver of data-informed decision-making, unlocking true company value. Leveraging a unique sourcing approach known as the RevSearch Way, the team prioritizes customer experience and deep alignment. Director of Recruiting Simon Wilkins, with over 25 years of recruitment expertise, plays a pivotal role in identifying leaders skilled in operational depth, private equity environments, and emotional intelligence. RevSearch's rigorous vetting process ensures placements who excel in data-driven strategies, change management, and revenue acceleration, consistently delivering top-tier RevOps talent for transformative impact.
