While we're still in the early phases, we've experienced positive outcomes — notably, our mobile app has achieved around 200,000 downloads. How did Retter Technology perform in terms of project management? Their project management is exceptional. We have a dedicated senior project manager who provides us with weekly updates and reports on both pending and completed tasks. We utilize Jira for project management and primarily communicate via Slack, email, and phone calls. What impressed you the most about them? We appreciate their adaptability and eagerness to embrace new technologies. Are there areas where they could improve? Retter Technology has been fantastic, but there is room for improvement in their UI/UX design. Do you have any advice for potential clients? It's crucial to clearly understand your business challenges, provide all relevant documentation, and allow sufficient time for them to develop a solution.
