I serve as the department head at a hospitality management company, which operates under an international airline holding firm. OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE What issue were you looking to solve with Retter Technology? We engaged their services for e-commerce and mobile app development. SOLUTION What was the extent of their involvement? Initially, we held several meetings with Retter Technology where we presented our existing platform, discussed our challenges, and collaborated on a solution. Following this, they engaged with all our stakeholders to create a comprehensive proposal and used AWS for the development process. Their team not only worked on the e-commerce platform but also helped us create a mobile app for both Android and iOS. The app includes features like user registration, coin collection, and payment processing. Currently, Retter Technology is providing us with maintenance support. What does the team composition look like? We've worked directly with about 12 members from their team. How did you come to collaborate with Retter Technology? They were recommended to us. What has been your investment with them? To date, we've invested between $500,000 and $700,000. What is the current status of this partnership? We began working with Retter Technology in June 2022, and our collaboration is ongoing. RESULTS & FEEDBACK What results can you share that highlight the impact of the engagement? While we're still in the early phases, we've experienced positive outcomes — notably, our mobile app has achieved around 200,000 downloads. How did Retter Technology perform in terms of project management? Their project management is exceptional. We have a dedicated senior project manager who provides us with weekly updates and reports on both pending and completed tasks. We utilize Jira for project management and primarily communicate via Slack, email, and phone calls. What impressed you the most about them? We appreciate their adaptability and eagerness to embrace new technologies. Are there areas where they could improve? Retter Technology has been fantastic, but there is room for improvement in their UI/UX design. Do you have any advice for potential clients? It's crucial to clearly understand your business challenges, provide all relevant documentation, and allow sufficient time for them to develop a solution.
