Unknown

Our task involved finding a Scala Developer to join a team creating a social networking application for university students in the US. The client specified that the candidate should have at least 5 years of backend programming experience, including 3 years working with Scala. Our approach included searching on LinkedIn and utilizing recruiting tools. The appealing nature of the offer and competitive rate allowed us to identify 6 candidates within 14 days. The client's recruitment process was lengthy, encompassing five stages, but after a month of interviews, our candidate was successfully hired as a Scala Developer at Flo. In summary, due to the compelling offer, we were able to quickly attract 6 candidates, one of whom was ultimately hired.

Long-term cooperation with a Swiss startup

PlantingSpace

Our responsibility: We were tasked with assisting in the search and recruitment for several senior positions, including Julia Developer, DevOps, and Frontend (React) Developer, along with more specialized roles like Optimization Researcher. What we accomplished: Initially, we needed to thoroughly analyze the client’s needs since their product is cutting-edge and they are leaders in the area of data aggregation utilizing the latest Machine Learning technologies. In summary: We have successfully aided our client in hiring four individuals so far.

GO Developer for a Scandinavian startup

BSGroup

Our task: To locate a GO developer for a startup focused on developing an electric ship charging station. What we accomplished: We undertook a two-week search to find the ideal candidate. The client prioritized strong GO and English language skills but had a limited budget that fell short of many candidates' financial expectations. Nevertheless, we were able to present six highly qualified profiles to the client, and one was ultimately hired. At present, both the client and the new hire are pleased with the collaboration. In summary, we have effectively filled another position for our long-term client.
