At the end of 2021, Leeroy reached out to Relout to utilize our team-extension service in order to replace departing DevOps engineers and enhance the skill level of an existing platform team. We initially supplied two skilled Senior DevOps engineers whose main responsibilities included facilitating an ongoing Kubernetes migration and lowering AWS costs. As time went on, the project's scope evolved significantly in response to changing business conditions (such as rising inflation due to the war in Ukraine affecting the restaurant industry) and the successful partnership between Leeroy and Relout. We also recognized a pressing need for HR and Talent Management within Leeroy and assisted the CTO and managers by relieving them of certain duties. Over time, the talent pool offered by Relout expanded to four DevOps/SRE Engineers, including a team leader (forming a dedicated team), and five Backend/Fullstack Developers (specializing in Java and React), which included team leaders and managers focused on reengineering the monolithic core of the application and creating new microservices for the global platform known as Leeroy Cloud. Recruiting Lead PHP Developer for Marketing Agency

Pirk Spark, a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on optimizing sales on the Polish e-commerce platform Allegro, contacted Relout for assistance in recruiting and sourcing a Lead PHP Developer. The team was working on a proprietary SaaS platform named Allespark.pl, designed for Allegro sellers, which offers extensive analytics, automation of sales processes, and improved customer communication. Our task involved defining the qualifications required for the candidate and ensuring alignment with the CEO, CTO, and individual engineering team members. We conducted several briefing sessions with the client to identify the essential skills and competencies needed for the role while also gaining a complete understanding of the company culture.
