Recognizing the extensive nature of the project, we collaborated with our client to implement new features in stages, focusing initially on integrating a property manager role within the web application. This role empowers the building's administrative head to oversee events, resident communications, architecture, payments, and service management. Beginning with calendar and notification access for property managers, the app has evolved over three years through continuous collaboration, introducing essential building administration tools, listings for nearby restaurants and services, and opportunities for local businesses to offer resident discounts. Additionally, residents can conveniently request various on-site services via the app, from repairs to personal care, while push notifications keep them informed about promotions, renovations, and events, enhancing community engagement and management efficiency.
