We've experienced a boost in efficiency, giving us more time to develop the Keycraft brand and better serve our customers." - Murray Smith, Head of Marketing at Keycraft. **Challenge:** Keycraft is a global B2B wholesaler providing quality 'pocket money toys' to retailers such as garden centres, leisure centres, and museums. Their previous websites were user-unfriendly and did not integrate with their Netsuite ERP. They also relied on a limited stand-alone app for internal sales representatives and had an inefficient ordering process for call centre staff. Keycraft sought a new website that would improve operational efficiency and provide a more engaging and interactive user experience. Living Nature recommended us due to our prior success in building their website, believing we would be a great match. **Solution:** Utilizing Laravel, we developed a new website along with a custom integration powered by Netsuite’s native APIs to ensure ongoing adaptability. The new design is vibrant and fun, showcasing the brand's personality. To facilitate an enjoyable search for toys, we incorporated multilingual functionality and enabled global purchasing capabilities. We also implemented fuzzy matching techniques so the search engine can recognize typos and still suggest relevant products. Keycraft provides free display stands with toy purchases, so we created an interactive 'display stand builder.' Users can select a stand style, after which the site recommends suitable toys to sell before completing the order—streamlining a previously rep-dependent process. Sales representatives and call centre staff can log into their accounts to manage inquiries, sales, and quotes. They can plan customer visits and view gross margins in real-time, all integrated with the ERP, eliminating the need for manual data entry and separate applications.

Powering up monthly revenue 106% with paid ads

Chu Gummies

**Results:** Achieved a 106% increase in monthly revenue, a 3.15 ROAS, and a 4% conversion rate. **Challenge:** Chu Gummies, a brand offering delicious pre-workout and protein gummies designed to improve athletic performance and recovery, had faced challenges with digital marketing agencies in the past. The Chu team attempted to manage their own paid advertisements on Meta and Google but found it difficult to dedicate time to these efforts while simultaneously operating the business. They were unable to scale their ads effectively, and the return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) was not at the desired level, prompting them to seek our assistance in developing a targeted paid advertising strategy to increase sales. **Solution:** Before initiating our strategy, we ensured that all ad tracking was properly configured to identify which aspects of our campaigns were effective and which were not. This allowed us to optimize the campaigns by amplifying successful components and reducing focus on less effective ones. We enhanced the targeting on Google Ads and Meta by supplying clean first-party data to the bidding algorithms and creating ads that resonated with user interests and needs. As a result, we saw significant gains in both ad-driven sales volume and profitability. We also launched TikTok Ads to tap into wider and more engaged audiences beyond Meta and Google. Importantly, through ongoing testing of campaign types, creative content, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies, we were able to increase revenue without sacrificing profitability. This led to a ROAS of 3.15 and a remarkable 106% month-over-month revenue growth! Results included £100k in annual revenue from paid social media and a 5.0 ROAS, with Mysa positioned before 1.2 million Instagram followers and featured on over 30 relevant Instagram pages. Challenge: Launched in October 2021, Mysa is an online retailer offering stunning, naturally preserved flower arrangements, all carefully assembled by skilled florists. As a new brand, Mysa needed both paid and organic social media efforts to enhance online visibility and boost sales. Given the competitive nature of the flower market, it was essential to make Mysa stand out to potential customers. Additionally, seasonal events such as Christmas, New Year, and Mother’s Day were approaching rapidly, prompting the need for a swift launch to maximize sales opportunities. Solution: With the brand's beauty as the central focus, we organized photoshoots to beautifully showcase Mysa's flowers and create an extensive library of elegant, optimized images and videos. This content was utilized in paid social media campaigns, and through careful testing and data analysis, we identified which channels, ad sets, and creatives yielded the highest conversions. Influencer marketing and strategic partnerships proved to be particularly effective. Paid social campaigns featuring flash seasonal sales and collaborations resulted in significant user-generated content, leads, and conversions. For instance, a single paid campaign for Mother’s Day brought in £17K in revenue, garnered media coverage, and secured backlinks in The Daily Star, while also being highlighted on Instagram accounts with over 60k followers, such as Baylis and Harding and Cottage by the Tarn.
