The client, Zlato.ua, operates an online jewelry store featuring a variety of brands in a single boutique. To better shape the company's identity, the client chose to undergo a rebranding process. We conducted research on competitors, created a profile of the target audience, and examined their needs—what concerns them and what life events influence their jewelry purchases. By exploring these topics and gradually understanding the consumer, we established a brand platform. Our tasks included: - Developing a brand platform - Creating a brand promotion strategy - Redesigning the logo and website - Establishing corporate identity The most crucial moment is now! The client presented their strategy, revealing through their research that most buyers anticipate holidays or significant occasions to indulge themselves or their loved ones with jewelry. However, the brand aims to bring joy to women in the present moment! Therefore, Zlato.ua, alongside us, worked to challenge the notion that jewelry must be expensive, elaborate, or reserved for obligatory gifting. Our core message emphasizes that there is no need to wait for “important” days to purchase a beautiful ring or bracelet because the most significant day is already here!

**About the Client:** Mason is the sole producer of kitchen and body washcloths made from polypropylene threads. **Problem:** Although Mason has a high-quality product, it lacks proper positioning, leading to a lack of awareness about the washcloths' unique features. Consequently, potential customers did not see the value in paying for Mason products when cheaper, similar options were available. Moreover, the brand's packaging was dull and unappealing, failing to catch the attention of shoppers. **Research:** Market analysis revealed that competitors had understated designs, with no one utilizing contemporary trends. A focus group uncovered key insights: consumers were open to trying new washcloths if the design appeared trustworthy. The polypropylene technology was well-received, but some expressed concerns regarding its use with Teflon coatings. Additionally, brand research indicated low recognition for Mason, with most people only associating the name with its products. **Insight and Positioning Idea:** It’s unlikely that anyone can recall the brand of washcloth they use at home. Fewer than one percent of survey participants (excluding those who exclusively use Mason's products) recognized the brand. How can we make Mason memorable? By sharing a story… Mason is portrayed as a caring professor and candidate in detergent science who seeks to spend quality time with his beloved wife. To streamline household chores, he invents innovative kitchen and bathroom gadgets, allowing them to enjoy their evenings together in a park, cinema, or café. As a result, the brand adopts a new descriptor: "Professor of Cleaning Sciences."

A startup named My1stJob reached out to us, and we immediately clicked with them. They assist students and young individuals in securing jobs without prior experience. During our initial meeting, Sasha and Natasha shared their innovative approach with us, and we were excited! Next, we needed to create everything from scratch: a name, logo, communication strategy, and overall positioning to challenge the established recruiting firms. Many first jobs are found through referrals from friends or family, but not everyone has that support. My1stJob aims to serve as a reliable advocate for job seekers, helping them kickstart their careers. We position ourselves as a trusted ally, not just as a distant connection. For the naming and logo, our primary objective was to devise a brief, memorable name that resonates with job seekers and attracts employers. The name combines two dynamic elements—JOB and Z—joined by the assertive suffix ER. "JOB" signifies work, while "Z" represents the generation that comprises the majority of our applicants. The logo features a clear, legible font with a geometric emphasis on the letter Z. This emphasis includes four variations that reflect different skill groups: leadership, creativity, communication, and empathy. The logo has both static and animated versions; in the animated version, the emphasis symbols alternate to highlight that while people vary, JOBERZ is ready to assist everyone. These symbols are also utilized within the brand identity as standalone elements. When designing the advertising campaign, we considered the diverse interests of our target audience, opting for quick-to-read visuals and avoiding overly complex messages. Our main focus is to help young individuals find jobs without experience. After all, as the saying goes, “work won’t come looking for you.” Therefore, the simpler we can make the job-finding process, the better.
