Dzinga

A telecommunications firm launched its operations in Riga to initiate global sales under EU regulations. R.camp facilitated the relocation of a team of 35 individuals from various countries and assisted in recruiting in the EU and CIS regions. The move to Latvia involved a swift and secure transition for an executive team, along with sales, marketing, and software engineers, all accompanied by their families. As for hiring, the newly established international company sought new talent from the local Latvian market. The client's feedback highlighted a seamless and rapid relocation process, effective hiring, and significant support from R.camp in the onboarding of both international and local staff.

Hiring Software DevTeam to build Fintech product

Alfakredyt

As their Fintech business expanded, the owners made the decision to create their own Software Development Team to replace the expensive outsourcing model. A Fintech company based in Warsaw opted to develop its own fintech platform from the ground up due to rising costs associated with outsourced development. The investors needed to assemble an entire development team from scratch. R.camp's approach involved their Technical Consultants collaborating with the Product Owner to understand the project requirements. To address this, R.camp recruited a Software Development Team consisting of a Team Lead and five developers, offering relocation services to Poland. The client expressed satisfaction, stating that they required a highly skilled Team Lead and additional developers, and they received exactly what they needed, enabling them to successfully tackle their projects.
