OUR STORY
Rawlings has fostered enduring professional relationships with clients rather than just customers since its inception in 1850 by William Rawlings in Bristol. Initially focused on recycling glass bottles for local merchants, the company evolved under Leonard Routley's leadership to become a leading independent importer of glass containers for prominent UK brands. Today, Rawlings offers seamless service from inquiry to product delivery, guided by dedicated account managers who provide expertise, honesty, and proactive support across clients of all sizes. The firm prides itself on ethical practices, demanding environmental accountability from suppliers, advocating for increased recycled content, and minimizing its carbon footprint. Still family-owned by the Routleys, Rawlings continues to combine industry knowledge with personalized care to help clients' brands thrive sustainably.
