Raj Digital is more than a technology firm; it's a narrative of change, insight, and innovation driven by necessity. Founded in 2015 as the digital division of Raj Group, Raj Digital initially concentrated on online reputation management, digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies for the group's various business sectors. Our journey began with addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, and enhancing the digital presence of brands within the Raj Group. However, this focused digital team gradually expanded into a much more comprehensive entity. By 2023, it became clear that there was a significant gap between standard ERP solutions and the specific, real-world challenges faced by the diverse businesses of Raj Group. Although off-the-shelf SaaS tools appeared appealing, they often fell short of providing the necessary agility after deployment. The costs for change requests were high, implementation timelines were prolonged, and support frequently did not meet expectations. This realization led to the evolution of Raj Digital. Transitioning from a digital team to a comprehensive IT partner, we leveraged the insights gained from Raj Group's various sectors—including Real Estate, Facility Management, Finance, Education, E-Learning, Human Resources, and Media—to assemble a highly skilled team of technologists. We recruited senior developers with over 15 years of experience in leading multinational companies to analyze problems at their operational core, not merely on paper. Collaborating closely with industry experts, we combined over 35 years of knowledge from within the group, resulting in the development of tailored, in-house SaaS solutions that met the specific needs of each business segment. These platforms not only streamlined operations but also facilitated better decision-making through real-time data analytics. Over the course of just three years, the group has seen an estimated savings of nearly 20% of net revenue—demonstrating the significant impact of intelligent transformation.
