We utilize Jira extensively for managing projects and Teams for communication. As we work towards FDA approval, thorough documentation is crucial. We hold numerous standup meetings weekly, along with frequent screen-sharing sessions. December Labs is swift to act and has seamlessly integrated into our team. They consistently exceed expectations and show genuine passion for their work. No, I don’t see any areas requiring improvement. The team is usually proactive in addressing our challenges. Be clear about the expertise you need. Remember, you often get what you pay for. While cheaper alternatives exist, December Labs offers excellent value for the quality they provide.
