Together, they have created internal systems and tools that enhance the efficiency of daily operations for parcel agents. This long-term partnership has led to the launch of a new app this fall, which is a key component of DHL Freight’s growing digital solutions ecosystem aimed at meeting future logistics demands. As customer behavior evolves, DHL Freight recognizes an increasing need for flexibility, transparency, and simplicity. "The new app is a crucial advancement in prioritizing the end customer," comments Johan Andersson, Head of Digital Solutions at DHL Freight. Collaborating with a major industry player presents its own challenges, including managing diverse stakeholders and organizational needs. Success has hinged on two main factors: aligning various stakeholders and sustaining a strong mutual commitment. For Qte, this partnership is both significant and impactful, enabling them to create services that reach a broad audience and advance the logistics industry. New investment platform for Kameo

Kameo is a Scandinavian investment platform that allows both private and institutional investors to support loans backed by real estate. Developers benefit from quick and adaptable financing, while investors earn monthly interest payments. To enhance user engagement and modernize their technology, Kameo teamed up with qte to introduce their first native mobile application and revamp their digital interface. The new app achieved over 3,000 downloads within its first week and received positive user feedback. “We've observed encouraging outcomes from the app. Many investors who had been inactive for some time have resumed investing, which we attribute to the app's ability to enhance engagement and simplify the investment process,” states Linda Borgudd, Head of Marketing at Kameo. Our team, comprising designers and developers, integrated with Kameo's existing personnel, working closely with their product owner, CTO, and marketing lead. We developed a fresh visual identity, supported API development, and took charge of designing and building the React Native app. Additionally, we helped define new features and infrastructure for the platform. The app was developed using React Native, facilitating a smooth launch on both iOS and Android platforms. Our focus on code quality and a scalable architecture ensures that Kameo's internal team can pursue long-term development. We also collaborated on the design of the API and data handling strategies to guarantee reliability, performance, and trust—essential elements for an investment platform. Looking ahead, with the app launched, qte is currently working on redesigning Kameo's website and web app to create a cohesive customer journey that reflects the new visual identity. The collaboration continues as we assist Kameo in evolving into a more user-friendly and leading fintech platform.

New webshop for Koenigsegg

We maintain a strong collaboration with Koenigsegg, ensuring that their online platforms provide the same high-quality experience as their luxury sports cars. Initially, Qte was tasked with creating an e-commerce experience that seamlessly complemented their primary website. We designed and developed the store using WooCommerce. After the launch, we took over the management of both the web shop and the main site. Our emphasis is on optimizing performance, particularly during peak commercial activities that drive significant traffic to their online platforms.
