**BACKGROUND** Let me introduce my role at My 1st Years, an e-commerce company that focuses on creating personalized, custom gifts for children. I serve as the development lead. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** We had recently concluded a project with a U.K.-based agency and faced a challenge. We have been very happy with their technical expertise. They’ve successfully addressed every challenge we've presented over the years, including issues unrelated to Magento. **Project Management Performance** From a project management perspective, the owner consistently makes time for us regardless of how busy he is. Their developers have seamlessly integrated with our team and are excellent communicators, often being available even after hours. **Impressive Aspects** While I usually communicate with their developers, they have become such an essential part of our team that I trust them to handle tasks independently without needing constant oversight. The team has great rapport, so I don’t need to worry about their progress. This has allowed me to enjoy holidays without work-related stress. **Areas for Improvement** Given that they are a small agency with limited staff, it’s crucial to provide ample notice if we need to expand the team. We take this into account, which has never posed a problem for us.
