**Challenge:** The client aimed to develop a digital solution to enhance the processes of creating and managing medical documentation. Our initial step was to align on the vision and scope for the Agile transformation and cultivate the right mindset for a smooth transition. Our primary objective was to foster effective leadership and guide the team towards improving their self-organization skills with minimal disruptions. While facilitating the adoption of the Agile methodology, we restructured roles and processes in stages to ensure ongoing agility. We enhanced the project’s speed and flexibility by providing tailored support and strategies for each team member, boosting their productivity and ability to embrace changes positively and efficiently. **Results:** We successfully completed a comprehensive Agile transformation process for the healthcare project in six months. Manual and Automated Testing for a Database Manage

**Project Overview:** The product we tested is a well-known database IDE that offers data management and visualization features, utilized daily by over 300,000 software developers, business analysts, data architects, and database administrators. Our responsibility included thorough testing of the entire solution, along with addressing tickets from the development team. **Solutions Implemented:** Throughout the project, our team developed over 150 test cases from the ground up, while also refining existing ones to ensure comprehensive test coverage and to address potential product issues. Given that the product supports over 20 different database technologies, we assembled a team with specific database expertise to focus on testing these systems in the context of the new software version. Additionally, we employed automated testing to enhance test coverage and reliability. **Results Achieved:** Our testing of the updated version of the product spanned six months. An accounting and loan management firm based in Australia approached us to incorporate accounting capabilities into their current Odoo setup. They required that end-users be able to easily file, process, and access key accounting information, as well as switch effortlessly between cash and accrual accounting methods. For informed financial decision-making, the application should also generate balance sheets, bank statements, and reports, display client data, and establish charts of accounts. To initiate the project, we assessed the client’s existing code and documentation. We then proceeded directly to the development of the web application.
