NJ TRANSIT

We were engaged to support NJ TRANSIT's IT team in implementing a comprehensive digital transformation across properties that serve millions of users each month. This initiative aimed to foster innovative technology and business efforts, enhance organizational security, and improve user experience for both internal and external site visitors. Understanding the critical nature of NJ TRANSIT's services, we chose to collaborate closely with the client’s existing systems. Instead of making drastic changes that could interfere with user experience, we focused on continuously clarifying and enhancing how users accessed information. A dedicated project manager led these improvements, applying agile methodologies to guide the project from inception to launch, including thorough quality assurance and user acceptance testing at each stage. During the discovery phase, we assessed the NJ TRANSIT website's existing state by interviewing all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, and created a detailed roadmap and implementation plan for transitioning the site to a modern framework. To boost website performance and security, we designed a multi-layered architecture that separated the content management system from the front end. This setup utilized two distinct APIs and incorporated redundant AWS containers behind a Fastly CDN, ensuring effective load balancing and efficient content delivery globally. We also implemented a Web Application Firewall to secure the entire web infrastructure. Prioritizing accessibility, the site was developed to be fully ADA compliant.

NICHQ

National Institute for Children’s Health Quality

As part of our ongoing partnership with NICHQ, we ensure their Drupal and other applications are kept up-to-date and secure. We have consistently enhanced, rebuilt, and added new applications and integrations to their system. We offer strategic advice through technical support and problem-solving. Our services encompass continuous hosting, maintenance, updates, and the development of new features for Drupal 9, WordPress, Python, and REDCap applications, which include complex functionalities such as a closed community, quality improvement and project data collection, and user management. Additionally, we have established a dependable customer service system featuring a ticketing process and regular updates for senior management.

Immunize.org

Our project for Immunize.org involved revamping the technological frameworks and comprehensive content systems of Immunize.org and VaccineInformation.org. The goal was to enable every segment of the immunization community to develop and share resources that improve the delivery of safe and effective immunization services. This vital information, spanning over 3,000 pages, needed to be readily accessible across various channels and audiences while effectively supporting over one million monthly visitors. The redesign and redevelopment of two mobile-first responsive websites, grounded in research, provided straightforward access to essential information. Both sites were built from the same core content, with one tailored for healthcare professionals and the other designed for the general public.
