**Introduction:** Struktur is a valued client of ours, specializing in real estate consulting services that address the most pressing issues and opportunities faced by clients. These services include strategy, organization, transformation, operations, leasing, branding, communications, events, technology, and sustainability, both in Berlin and internationally. **Challenge:** The project's objective was to design a captivating website from scratch that would effectively showcase the client's services and attract more potential customers. We focused on developing a site that would engage the ideal audience and drive lead generation. **Solution:** We employed strategies such as "Progressive Disclosure," "Reduction of Complexity," and "Linear Guidance" to create an immersive website experience using WordPress, a cost-effective yet adaptable content management system. Our goal was to minimize clutter and concentrate on one or two actions at a time, thus reducing confusion and distraction while encouraging a strong call to action. We highlighted crucial features like the "contact us" option for immediate lead generation, ensuring that each page was optimized for search engine visibility. Additionally, we monitored the website's performance using Google Analytics, making design adjustments based on user behavior data. At PS, we prioritize setting up analytics correctly on all our website builds to better understand user engagement. **Impact:** The newly designed website experienced a 454% increase in qualified traffic compared to before, with a bounce rate of less than 20%, an average site duration exceeding 2 minutes, improved usability, and a higher conversion rate.

Challenge: A significant hurdle in the market is its saturation. With an abundance of properties listed on digital platforms, it becomes challenging to distinguish a property and attract potential renters. Therefore, businesses must develop a robust and comprehensive digital marketing strategy that employs a variety of channels and techniques, including search engine optimization, content marketing, and social media advertising. Solution: To address the challenges faced by commercial real estate businesses in marketing their available office spaces online, we created a thorough, multi-channel digital marketing approach. By implementing the following best practices, we successfully achieved differentiation and high-quality lead generation: - We leveraged High-Quality Visuals: Captivating photography and virtual tours were essential in accurately showcasing the property and its features. This allows prospective tenants to gain a clear understanding of the available space and its amenities, enhancing both the quantity and quality of inquiries. - We Focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content, meta tags, and images with relevant keywords proved to be an effective strategy for boosting a property's online visibility. This improved our clients' search engine rankings and attracted more qualified leads. - We Exploited Social Media: Platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram were utilized to reach a broader audience and generate leads. By providing regular updates and crafting targeted advertisements, we increased brand visibility and directed qualified traffic to their website. Impact: Our Google and Facebook ads led to a surge in lead calls, tour requests, and brochure downloads, while reducing cost-per-click (CPC) by over 30%. We achieved 87% of our ads in top positions and fully covered the target audience on Facebook, attracting more than 3,000 prospects to the site each month. The customer engagement rate on the site reached 96.62%, and we eventually had to halt the ad campaign due to all office spaces being sold out.

**Introduction:** A-House, located in the Islands Brygge district of Copenhagen, features 195 rental apartments designed in a New York style. Each unit boasts a distinct floor plan, enabling residents to personalize their living space and showcase their individual tastes through design. **Challenge:** Our objective was to create a website that provides information about the building, including descriptions, images, and contact details. The site also needed to incorporate interactive components like custom forms, galleries, and blog posts. Our primary task was to build an engaging site focused on data capture. **Solution:** Developing a content management system for A-House involved creating a user-friendly interface, integrating data storage and retrieval processes, establishing content access pathways, and implementing management tools such as search and editing functions. We ensured security measures were in place to restrict access to authorized users only, and we integrated analytics to monitor user engagement. A key feature of our solution was the A-house Availability Widget, an interactive tool that enables potential renters to filter and view apartments based on location, price, and features, making it easier for them to find their ideal home. **Impact:** This approach resulted in an increase in search engine optimization traffic from zero to over 100 visits per day and boosted more than 100 keywords into Google's top ten rankings. The effectiveness of the advertising campaign more than doubled, leading to a fivefold increase in turnover.
