Physitrack is a global platform that links therapists with their patients, enabling them to prescribe exercises and monitor progress through a cloud-based interface. It features customized home exercise plans along with educational materials, animations, and anatomy illustrations. Patients can access their exercise regimens via the free PhysiApp, while large healthcare organizations have the option to create branded versions of the app. The Challenge: A couple of years prior, Physitrack’s co-founder sought to expand the development team and bring it together in one location, leading to Prograils taking on the project in 2018. The Solution: Following a code review, we collaborated with an external sysops firm to migrate and set up the service on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, which streamlined future scaling for Physitrack. The Outcome: Post-migration, the weekly number of assigned programs for Physitrack doubled, surpassing 100,000 monthly. Additionally, the count of branded apps increased by over 100% during our partnership with Physitrack. In 2020, Physitrack launched its servers in four additional countries. The platform continues to gain new customers, driven by the remote work trend spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are pleased to contribute to its ongoing evolution.

CHISA: From .xls files to a successful SaaS

The Problem For many years, Strømberg & Sahl A/S, a Danish construction firm and primary contractor for the state, relied on Excel for managing work-related data. Eventually, their employees began to encounter difficulties with document management. "We aimed to address the project management challenges in the construction sector. Prior to CHISA, it was challenging to accurately assess budgets and risks," explains John Theisen, CHISA's founder and former CFO of Strømberg & Sahl. Transferring data between .xls sheets was cumbersome, so developing an application accessible to authorized personnel seemed like a logical solution. The Solution Prograils took the raw data from the .xls files and created a Ruby on Rails website. It soon became apparent that there was a greater need for a system like CHISA, as many in the Danish construction industry faced similar challenges. We ensured integration with external services and facilitated the import and export of data to and from CHISA, making it easy to extract, modify, or archive data. The Result With several hundred active users, regular reports, integrations with invoicing systems, and a corresponding mobile app, CHISA has evolved from a basic prototype into a robust SaaS solution, simplifying and enhancing transparency in the operations of construction firms. In May 2016, John Theisen took a major step by leaving his CFO position at Strømberg & Sahl A/S to establish CHISA A/S, marking a significant advancement in their collaboration.

Husleje.dk: Estimating rents quickly

Husleje.dk is a platform that provides information on rental prices per square meter based on postal codes. The free version offers an average rental rate for a specific area. In contrast, the paid version allows users to compare prices across different locations, filter data (such as selecting flats or houses), and track real estate price trends over time. We developed Husleje.dk in collaboration with our long-time business partner, Mark Jensen, with whom we previously created Sapu.dk, an online management system for landlords.
