The primary issue was an enormous influx of incoming applications to the cloud CRM system, which was unable to handle the volume and frequently crashed. Consequently, the main objective was to find a solution to this issue, whether that meant selecting a different CRM or transitioning to a boxed version of the existing system that could accommodate current and future business needs while implementing all essential sales funnels and setting up integrations. We opted for a boxed CRM solution and tailored the relevant funnels for each business line. The setup was designed with future business growth and an even greater influx of applications in mind. We also automated client reminders in the CRM and established automatic instructions for the sales manager. Additionally, we integrated the CRM with the website, WhatsApp, Viber, and social media platforms. After completing all the configurations, we conducted tests on the CRM system, provided training for employees, and created necessary work instructions, after which the project transitioned to technical support.

CRM for electric car sales

NCARS

The primary objectives were to choose and implement a CRM system, as well as to establish robust integrations that would unite applications from various sources into a single system for efficient order processing within one workspace. An important factor for the client was how applications would be assigned to the appropriate manager based on the showroom's location, along with implementing basic automation. Solution: Following a process audit, we identified the CRM system that best aligned with the requirements and began the implementation process. The lead funnels and deals were tailored to meet both the client's preferences and the company’s needs. We configured basic sales and lead generation automation, ensuring that applications were routed to the corresponding city manager based on the city of origin. Integrations were set up for the website, Facebook Lead Ads form, Viber, Telegram bot, WhatsApp, as well as notifications and comments from Facebook. Moreover, we enabled the capability for CRM to initiate communication with clients through messaging apps. After a successful implementation and launch of the CRM, the project was handed over to ongoing technical support. Outcome:

Red Hot Coffee Beans

The Red Hot Coffee Beans brand undertook the selection and implementation of a CRM system due to managers spending excessive time managing customer interactions across their online store, various social media platforms, and messaging apps. To address this issue, all applications were consolidated into a single system, and sales funnels were established. The primary objective was to streamline processes. After conducting a preliminary project analysis, a suitable system was chosen, and lead funnels and deals were implemented for efficient order processing. Automation for sending SMS messages was established using the TurboSMS service, along with integrations for the online store, Telegram, Viber, Binotel telephony, and email. Warehouse management was integrated to track inventory levels, oversee production stages, and monitor the shipping status of parcels through the Nova Poshta account. Furthermore, integration with the CheckBox service for order fiscalization was implemented, and the team received training on how to utilize the new CRM system. Results:
