CUTIPOL

Cutipol requires no introduction, as it is one of the world's most recognized cutlery brands with nearly 60 years of history. The time has come for a new online store, and PRIMARIU was the agency tasked with designing and developing the ecommerce platform. The client sought a solution that addressed the significant challenges and complaints associated with their previous online purchasing process. The newly designed ecommerce platform aims to resolve major shortcomings of the former site, such as inefficient business processes resulting from the lack of integration with ERP and billing software, as well as the outdated and unresponsive design. A key focus of the redesign was to enhance the shopping experience, particularly with the multiple order process, allowing customers to complete their purchases in just a few steps while addressing previously unmet usability needs. Built on Magento 2, the new platform offers features like extensive customization options for silverware, including a variety of finishes. Emphasizing whitespace, we achieved a harmonious balance of content. This online store is meticulously crafted, ensuring that both design and product quality are elevated. Prioritizing the user experience, the new site allows users to complete their purchases with minimal steps, whether they're on desktop, mobile, or tablet. The use of strategic calls-to-action facilitates intuitive navigation that guides users through the buying journey.

Living Tours, located in Spain and Portugal, provides a wide range of tourist experiences in both countries, drawing on nearly two decades of expertise. Since 2015, they have partnered with PRIMARIU for technological support. In a fiercely competitive landscape, this esteemed tour operator aims to solidify its unique market position, necessitating continuous monitoring of technological advancements. Given the intricate nature of the project—due to the specific requirements of each service—the main challenge was to deliver a distinctive and effective solution that addresses both the needs of Living Tours' clientele and their internal demands. After evaluating the project's high standards, we realized that no existing market solution could fully meet the requirements. Therefore, we created a completely custom ecommerce platform from scratch. Using Magento, we developed specific modules tailored for a tour agency's services. The tourism sector is marked by constant changes, including scheduling, availability, destinations, and the languages spoken by guides, among other considerations. Magento's multi-store architecture facilitates the integration of various business sectors on a single platform, promoting process automation and simplifying management.
