About the Team

OUR STORY

Founded over two decades ago by Pedro with a vision for a human-centered IT company, Premium Minds has since evolved into a dedicated team focused on delivering top-quality software while upholding core values. Starting with Gpark in 2003, a challenging project syncing offline PDAs, we progressed to innovative solutions like Teleparque in 2005 that simplified parking payments. Our software for over 400 pharmacies in 2012 and enduring solutions for Empark highlight our commitment to excellence. Recognized as a top workplace and expanding internationally by 2016, we foster a lively company spirit. Recent partnerships with clients like Santander showcase our ability to automate complex processes. Embracing a hybrid work model and launching a refreshed website in 2024 reflect our ongoing growth and dedication.

Reinventing the parking experience with Telpark

Telpark

Telpark tasked us with reimagining their mobile application, and we seized the chance to apply our expertise in the parking sector. Each day, we strive to enhance the user experience and deliver exceptional parking solutions. We've created an app that transforms the way users pay for parking. Imagine buying a parking ticket directly from your smartphone and easily entering and exiting lots without the need for paper tickets, all made possible by automatic license plate recognition. Telpark has now garnered 3 million users across Portugal and Spain. Our app covers over 100 cities and includes an impressive 150 parking facilities. Additionally, our innovation goes beyond just facilitating payments; the app now provides a variety of parking options, including passes and subscriptions, offering users even greater flexibility. Plus, the added convenience of automatic entry using license plate recognition makes parking easier than ever.

Improved digital financial experience

Santander

Santander Portugal has reached an important milestone by transforming the account opening process for sole proprietorships and individual entrepreneurs. As the second innovative provider of this service, they are leading the way in making access easier and more convenient for businesses. Behind the scenes, a sophisticated system carefully verifies risk, checks blacklists, and evaluates business eligibility with the highest level of security. This advanced automation allows the bank to quickly onboard new clients or update information seamlessly, creating a fast and secure process that meets the demands of contemporary business. The digital process for opening business accounts is easy to navigate for both new and existing customers. Setting up your business account is straightforward—simply provide your personal and company information, then choose the essential services you require. Within 48 hours, you will receive a text to digitally sign the contract from anywhere, without any hassle. From application to formalization, we have created a comprehensive journey that offers a range of features. This includes three types of accounts, enrollment for credit, debit, and prepaid cards, registration for payment terminals, batch transfers, digital channels, and investment savings accounts. The outcome? An unmatched experience where convenience meets innovation, designed specifically for today’s entrepreneurs and businesses.
