Alongside him, Allison Orthner, who embraced Strengthsfinder after a transformative five-minute conversation about her Top 5 Strengths, brings over 25 years of experience helping individuals recognize their unique talents. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Darren and Allison travel to deliver practical, enjoyable, and transformative training that enhances leadership, teamwork, and organizational culture. Both share a commitment to the strength of BELIEF and contribute at least 10% of their profits to non-profits like IJM Canada, reflecting their dedication to social impact alongside professional growth.
