Recruiting a Quality Control Manager

Recruitment Challenge Before Pomerico took on the task of recruiting a Quality Control Manager, the Client had attempted to handle the recruitment process on their own using various methods that proved largely ineffective. They had also reached out to other recruitment agencies. The consensus was that the project was either unfeasible or unlikely to yield positive results. Pomerico identified the challenges right at the start of our collaboration, but with an increased budget, we committed to sourcing the right candidates. The Client chose a premium service, opting to invest more in the recruitment campaign. A target was set for the desired candidate to start work within two months of the recruitment's initiation. This project was particularly challenging due to the need for a specific set of skills in a rare specialization, compounded by a tight timeline for delivery. Range of Operations A carefully executed recruitment campaign aimed at a clearly defined target group. The project included collaboration with the performance marketing department, as well as utilizing Direct Search methods. Result After 5 weeks, we shortlisted a dozen candidates that met the criteria, presenting the best options to the Client. Two weeks later, the ideal candidate commenced their role.

How we built entire traffic maintenance team

Recruitment Challenge: The goal was to assemble a 25-member traffic maintenance team (including management, specialists, and administrative personnel) for SSI Schäfer within just 6 months. This team would support the first automated warehouse managed by XPO for H&M, located in Bolesławiec, a small town near the German border and adjacent to a new Amazon warehouse. This task was particularly daunting, as failure to meet the deadline could lead to contract penalties imposed on SSI by the Client. Scope of Operations: A comprehensive recruitment campaign was launched using both online and offline media. The Agency offered HR expertise throughout the project, overseeing all phases including on-site interviews. The Client was responsible for evaluating the candidates shortlisted by the agency and participating in the final interviews with the top candidates. Outcome: The recruitment process was successfully completed in just 3 months, half the time initially allocated for the task. On average, 20 candidates were hired for each position. In the first year, there was only one employee turnover, despite adding another 10 staff members that year. Ultimately, the project resulted in the hiring of 35 individuals, with a turnover rate of just a few percent during the first 3 years of operation.
