Portfolio

Lululemon In-Store Smart Mirror

Lululemon

OUR GOAL WAS TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR CLOTHING WHILE ENHANCING THE IN-STORE ENVIRONMENT. We thoroughly enjoyed partnering with Lululemon's internal Research & Development (R&D) Team to create the inaugural Digital Community Board. These boards act as personal shoppers by suggesting clothing combinations and available inventory. They also serve as an interactive concierge service that links shoppers to local places for dining, entertainment, or fitness activities, among other features. - Collaborated on 5 R&D projects (and more to come). - Developed in-store hardware for over 100 locations. - Recognized for outstanding customer experience design. - Boosted inventory efficiency to over 99%.

Uniqlo

OUR OBJECTIVE WAS TO INTEGRATE E-COMMERCE WITH PHYSICAL INVENTORY, WHILE ENHANCING THE IN-STORE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO WITHSTAND THE CURRENT DISRUPTIONS IN BRICK-AND-MORTAR RETAIL. This encompassed self-service shopping, targeted in-store marketing, collection and tracking of demographic data, as well as optimizing the sales journey from display to try-on to checkout. - Completed the transition from concept to in-store testing within 4 months. - Created and executed an in-store analytics system. - Established over a dozen hardware checkpoints in each store. - Achieved a 17% increase in the average cart size for in-store shoppers.

Wisdo

WISDO ASSISTS US IN NAVIGATING LIFE'S CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES BY PROVIDING INSIGHTS FROM THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR SITUATIONS. When we first met Wisdo's founder Boaz and co-founder Ido, they had a clear mission, a minimum viable product (MVP), and ambitious goals. We collaborated to hone their vision and developed version 1.0, taking the app from concept to the App Store in just six months. Within that timeframe, they successfully raised $11 million. Additionally, they received the Google Play Award for Social Good and the Fast Company Most Innovative Award in their launch year.
