In conjunction with the interactive Vet CMS prototype, Pocket App also developed the Vet CMS and set up APIs to facilitate smooth data transfer among the Mobile App, Dechra CMS, and Vet CMS. Furthermore, Pocket App implemented the backend infrastructure on Dechra’s current cloud services for both user acceptance testing and production environments, ensuring a scalable and secure platform. To further boost functionality, Pocket App integrated third-party services for push notifications and transactional emails, utilizing Dechra’s existing accounts to simplify communication and enhance user engagement.

Additionally, the platform required a flexible Content Management System (CMS). Pocket App developed a CMS that is essential for the TDS Charitable Foundation to manage and refresh the platform's dynamic content, ensuring it stays aligned with tenant needs and can adapt to the changing environment of dispute resolution.
