Overview and Objectives LicenseNow offers the quickest and most secure method for licensing content online. It serves as a marketplace that connects content creators with storytellers and buyers. The objective of our collaboration with Catch&Release was to map the information architecture, develop user flows for both creators and buyers, and design a landing page that features a clean, contemporary look. Challenge LicenseNow represents a new initiative for Catch&Release, involving numerous user flows and transactions. Each user group, creators and buyers, has its own distinct experience. Our team was engaged to provide insights into the varying experiences and requirements of these groups and to design a platform that is user-friendly and intuitive, especially for first-time users entrusting their creative work. As this is a new digital product, it was also essential that our designs reflected Catch&Release’s branding and visual identity. Outcome We collaborated closely with the LicenseNow team to define the project timeline, identify user needs, and conduct interviews with key stakeholders. We also provided guidance on IT implementation, engineering, development, system architecture, and project scoping to facilitate the product launch. Through regular meetings with the team, we developed a functional prototype to present to the broader product team. Results We produced high-fidelity designs for the LicenseNow onboarding process, which will guide future testing and development efforts alongside the engineering team. This will enable Catch&Release to launch their product, expand their customer base, and continually enhance the platform. **Overview & Objectives** Digicel is collaborating with us to spearhead the staffing and recruitment initiatives for their product teams. As the company pivots towards digitalization, Pixoul is assisting in forming global teams within project management and product ownership areas. Our alliance focuses on creating independent, high-value tech teams that will drive the development of their next generation of mobile applications and commercial products. **Challenges & Ongoing Efforts** Digicel, a global provider of workforce solutions, approached us with a distinct request: to assemble distributed, remote tech teams that will spearhead the launch of various new application products. These teams must exhibit flexibility, adaptability, technological proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultures. Our ongoing collaboration with Digicel entails recruiting both full-time employees and 1099 contractors. In the case of full-time positions, we are pinpointing candidates that align with the ideal company culture, while also acting as a payroll provider and a third-party risk management service for contractors. Our recruitment team is actively seeking candidates worldwide, guiding each through a thorough screening process that includes behavioral-based interviews, skill assessments, case studies, and other evaluations. **Summary & Objectives** DataBuck, created by FirstEigen, is an autonomous data monitoring tool that cleans data without the need for coding or rule creation. Leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning, the software detects subtle alterations in the data's "DNA fingerprint" and automates 80% of the manual tasks associated with monitoring and validating data. DataBuck independently establishes thousands of validation checks without the need for human involvement. It operates ten times faster than alternative tools or custom scripts, capable of validating an entire database or schema with just a few clicks. The primary objective of the partnership was to enhance the overall user interface and experience of the software, making it more user-friendly ahead of the re:Invent AWS conference. **Challenge** DataBuck plays a crucial role for FirstEigen’s customers by aiding them in managing large and complex datasets. It is essential for users to access and manage their critical data effortlessly and to explore various results effectively. Moreover, they require quick access to results and a clear understanding of the data to facilitate accurate reporting. Our aim was to create a more streamlined navigation system to minimize the number of clicks needed to obtain desired information. **Outcome** Our team developed a revamped user interface featuring custom branding to enhance user navigation through data results pages. By conducting customer feedback sessions, we designed new pages with a more logical information hierarchy and an improved, user-friendly appearance that incorporated brand colors, shading, fonts, and logos. Each new feature was developed in close collaboration with the DataBuck team, ensuring continuous feedback through regular meetings. **Results** FirstEigen aimed to launch a modern, innovative product. Together, we successfully created a refreshed design for DataBuck backed by research insights. With this initial phase completed, our next step will involve organizing more customer feedback sessions to drive further improvements.
