About the Team
OUR STORY
At Pixelhop, we've refined our annual goal-setting process over the past five years to effectively manage our two distinct businesses, Pixelhop and Chat Thing. Inspired by Gino Wickman's "Traction," we start by envisioning our long-term aspirations, then translate these into clear, actionable SMART goals to guide our yearly planning. These goals are further divided into strategic quarterly "rocks," which are then broken down into weekly tasks highly assigned to foster accountability and ownership within our team. Weekly Monday reviews and Friday check-ins keep everyone aligned and focused, ensuring progress and swift issue resolution. This structured, transparent approach empowers our team and drives consistent growth, making it particularly valuable for small agencies and business owners seeking clarity and success.
