Since 2021, Pilot’in has embraced projects that inspire change and movement, embodying this through its Pilo’Sport initiative. Born from a simple idea to foster wellbeing and team cohesion beyond screens, Pilo’Sport has evolved into a multifaceted program featuring walking meetings, monthly sports outings, active breaks like ping-pong, gentle mobility routines, and health awareness sessions. These activities have cultivated a strong sense of community and joy among team members, organizing over 25 events to date. This initiative reflects Pilot’in’s values: simplicity, humanity, joy, and utility. Recently, Pilo’Sport earned second place regionally at the 2026 Harmonie Mutuelle Health Entrepreneurs Award, and now advances to the national phase, inviting public support through voting until June 9.
