Lida Tohidi, the CEO of Pidari, has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Visionaries in the Media and Tech Industries by Adello and one of the Top 15 Coaches by Influence Digest. Her leadership includes launching a national incubator, mentoring startups, and achieving success in international competitions, such as winning the Google Startup Battle award among over 1,000 teams, as well as receiving national accolades like JustChange. With more than 15 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, and strategic planning, Lida has spent the last seven years advising, consulting, and investing in purpose-driven startups and small businesses. She has presented at over 35 conferences and events, including those hosted by Anaplan, Capital One, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and many others, covering topics related to women in STEM. Lida is deeply committed to promoting mindfulness and fostering diversity and inclusion within tech firms and beyond. Additionally, she has spoken at and mentored events organized by groups such as ACT-W, Anita Borg, Diversability, and Startup Grind. Her project work spans across Australia, Benin, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Malawi, Peru, Switzerland, Taiwan, the UK, and the USA, having lived and worked on every continent—though she is still hoping to receive an invitation to Antarctica! Lida is fluent in three languages and is currently learning three more.
