Founders AJ Sahni and Dhaval Gadhvi began their careers as freelancers, collaborating with several funded startups. They encountered significant challenges in finding development partners that were flexible, growth-oriented, and agile enough to collaborate effectively with fast-paced funded startups—options were nearly non-existent. This led to the establishment of PICWA in 2016, focusing on developing digital products for funded startups and enterprise companies. Since then, we've forged strong partnerships with companies such as DayTwo, TerriTool, GrabNGo, and CaravanRE, and assembled a development team to meet our clients' increasing needs. Our team has expanded to 18 developers, successfully creating over 28 digital products, including three that are currently patent-pending. We are dedicated to working in growth-driven environments, helping funded startups and growth-oriented companies achieve their digital objectives more efficiently. Three years later, we recognized that major management consultancies were the preferred choice for automated solutions, often resulting in project costs that were prohibitive for many mid-sized businesses. Consequently, the PICWA team decided to develop cost-effective RPA solutions aimed at expediting, simplifying, and enhancing the accuracy of processes and tasks for medium-sized enterprises. By merging these two areas of expertise, PICWA has significantly accelerated growth for funded startups and growth-focused companies compared to traditional development agencies.
