Audi House of Progress Taipei 2023

A major highlight of summer 2023 in Taipei was the ‘Audi House of Progress’, which took place at the Kelti Building in the city’s Xinyin District. Organized by Audi Taiwan, this month-long event raised awareness about the carmaker’s fundamental value of ‘Living Progress’, featured its latest models, and fostered customer engagement through various activities. Pico collaborated closely with Audi to manage all aspects of the event, from operations to creative design. The launch of Audi House of Progress Taipei marked a significant milestone for Audi in Taiwan, conveying the brand's message of ‘Progress you can feel’. The event showcased both current and future electric vehicles, positioning Audi as a leader in the Taiwanese market and highlighting its dedication to the future of premium mobility. Embracing digital innovation, the event included areas for VR experiences and interactive displays using body sensors. An LED wall in the stage area garnered positive feedback from attendees for its versatility in content presentation. Engaging activities such as forums, runway shows, a grand opening celebration, VIP nights, and KOL tours created numerous memorable experiences for guests. The highlight was the futuristic Urbansphere concept car, allowing visitors an up-close look at its cutting-edge technology. This was complemented by the Q8 e-tron and RS e-tron GT, showcased through LED screens, VR, and immersive audio, resonating with Audi’s core values of sustainability, design, digitalization, and performance. In addition to highlighting electric vehicles, the event presented a range of captivating activities led by experts from various fields, leaving a lasting impact on attendees. The Pico team played a vital role in ensuring that selected partners aligned with Audi’s core values, significantly enhancing the event's overall value.

DBS Lab Crawl 2022 - DAXVerse

A key aspect of the annual Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), the Innovation Lab Crawl is organized by Singapore’s fintech community to showcase their future innovations and projects. This year's event generated significant excitement as the Lab Crawl returned for in-person engagement for the first time since the pandemic. Guests experienced something exceptional at the DBS Asia X (“DAX”) innovation hub, which went beyond a simple office tour. The centerpiece of the event was the ‘DAXverse,’ an immersive experience that featured mixed-media storytelling and various interactive elements, all designed in line with DBS’s unique innovation methodology. Pico was responsible for developing the project's concept, creative design, and executing the event. Attendees could look forward to advanced interactive touchpoints, including hands-on activities like metaverse-design workshops, product demonstrations, and networking opportunities. Given the tight timeline for execution, DBS and Pico streamlined set production and employed cost-effective solutions that still reflected the event’s theme. DBS Lab Crawl aimed to inspire audiences to reconsider possibilities and engage with the future of banking through emerging digital technologies, such as the metaverse, NFTs, and web 3.0. Despite having less than two weeks to prepare, the Pico team cleverly integrated sustainable solutions into the design and production process by using reusable materials. Not a single item was custom-made, and everything used during the event was repurposed. The event was a tremendous success, drawing nearly 700 registrants, with over 80% being international visitors from more than 10 countries.
