About the Team

OUR STORY

Phoenix Consultancy emerged from the vision of four childhood friends who founded a ticketing company in 2018. Their initial endeavor was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, which halted sports events and public gatherings. Demonstrating resilience, they reinvented their enterprise to embrace technology solutions, embodying the spirit of the mythical Phoenix rising from ashes. Led by founders Stevan Popov, Mirko Radeka, Jovan Jovanov, and Ivana Liscenko, the company now specializes in comprehensive technology integration, including AR solutions, supporting businesses at every stage. They pride themselves on overcoming challenges like tight deadlines and budget constraints, offering cross-functional remote teams that seamlessly integrate with clients. Moreover, Phoenix fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous growth.

Portfolio

DSG - Automated pricing software

Empire Sports & Entertainment

This ticketing web application is designed to dynamically adjust the price of individual tickets or listings according to a predetermined set of rules. It features an interactive seat map that displays real-time data statistics. The tool allows for live comparisons between brokers' inventories and market prices. The user interface shows price trends over time and suggests adjustments to help identify the best times to sell, ultimately increasing profits. Additionally, it significantly decreases the time spent on inventory management and reduces ticket waste. By continuously monitoring various marketplaces, the end-user gains frequent insights into which platforms offer the best inventory pricing in rapidly changing markets, such as StubHub, enhancing competitiveness. Beyond its primary functions, the tool offers a comprehensive view by detailing event sales data, historical trends, current conditions, and market forecasts. The analysis leverages external data sources, including weather information, demand metrics, and YouTube popularity, among others.

Principal Project Management for D2C Programe

Merkle DACH

Merkle, a subsidiary of dentsu, is a prominent customer experience (CX) firm globally. In early 2022, they acquired a major alcoholic beverage company with a diverse portfolio of over 70 brands. The primary challenge faced was inconsistent data, lack of standardized design principles, SEO, and analytics, since each brand operated with its own technology stack. To address this, the company decided to create a white-label solution that would feature templated layouts, an analytics framework, and integrated on-site SEO, establishing a solid foundation for each brand in the portfolio. Additionally, they chose to adopt direct-to-consumer (D2C) as a new sales channel, necessitating the implementation of a complete D2C solution within the white label. Early on, Merkle recognized the need for additional project management resources to support this extensive program and reached out to Phoenix Consultancy. One of our team members quickly became a key player, overseeing the white-label initiative and ensuring that the project’s scope, budget, and timeline remained on track. Swiftly, we began managing over 30 individuals from various departments, including development, quality assurance, design, and analytics. As this was a unique project, our collaboration concluded in November 2022.
