Perspective Unity had the opportunity to collaborate on an impressive iOS and Android app project called the Furever App. This app will significantly benefit the many four-legged pets in Bulgaria who are hoping to find their loving forever homes. The mission of Furever App is clear: to ensure every animal has a Furever home where they can experience the affection they deserve. The goal is to bring about the necessary change to clear the streets of countless neglected, hungry, sick, and heartbroken animals, serving as a symbol of hope in the fight against animal cruelty and irresponsible pet ownership. The Challenge The animal adoption process in Europe was traditionally manual, slow, and heavy on paperwork, largely taking place over Facebook Messenger. This was the motivation behind the creation of the Furever App, developed in collaboration with Perspective Unity, to streamline the connection between shelters, animal welfare organizations, and potential adopters through a user-friendly interface. The Solution For Shelters - a consolidated platform where they can easily list animals seeking their forever homes, provide essential details for prospective owners, receive timely notifications about new adoption inquiries, and maintain a centralized record of each animal's history and the profiles of future adopters. For Adopters - a comprehensive platform that allows them to connect with animals waiting for homes based on criteria such as location, breed, and personality. Adopters can submit their information, facilitating an easy assessment of their eligibility for adoption. They will have nationwide access to all shelters and animals in need, track the status of their applications, and engage with a community. After adoption, they can share updates about the happy lives their new furry companions are leading.

Decathlon

Decathlon operates 15 stores in Bulgaria. Despite its scale, the company was manually handling work schedules, payroll, and employee processes using spreadsheets, which hindered operations and resulted in regulatory fines and data loss. Our team developed a customized platform that adheres to legal standards, digitizing HRM and optimizing operations. This system enables team leaders to create shift schedules and allows employees to select their preferred slots. It automatically tracks each employee's working hours and gathers all relevant information regarding sick leave, maternity leave, and more. The platform's framework supports the creation of employee profiles for various departments. To enhance user experience, the system is mobile-friendly, enabling employees to select shifts, request days off, and report sick leave directly from their phones. We provide service level agreements (SLA) and continually enhance the platform based on client feedback.

ParkFly Geneva

Our collaboration with Parkfly Geneva exemplifies our approach to working with many clients. We begin with an initial project and evolve our relationship into a long-term partnership, where we advise our clients and develop solutions to address challenges and continuously improve business outcomes. When Parkfly Geneva first reached out to us several years ago, they were using spreadsheets to manage bookings. We created a comprehensive booking system to streamline this process. As the company expanded, there was a need for further operational optimization, leading our team to create a CRM platform that simplifies parking and booking management, along with modules for business performance and HR management. Employees can manage bookings and update details on the go, while management can monitor activities and make data-driven decisions. We also enhanced the website to boost visitor confidence. We offer ongoing support and continuously upgrade the platform to meet our client's evolving needs.
