Airbnb

Airbnb collaborated with Pepper Square for the design and development of a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for a Super Brand Marketing Portal, which was integrated with their existing knowledge base on Confluence. The aim was to create an internal collaborative and marketing platform to facilitate instant idea sharing and to highlight the achievements of each team while keeping all other teams updated. The client expressed their satisfaction: "We faced tight deadlines and significant challenges, along with numerous changes on our side. The Pepper Square team handled everything with grace, kindness, and excellent execution. They exceeded our expectations. The level of trust and respect we shared is quite rare in client relationships. Working with Pepper Square was fantastic, and we subsequently engaged them for additional projects at Airbnb, all yielding the same positive outcomes." EMC (now Dell EMC)

Unknown

We focused on UX & UI design and web application development for the EMC sales and presales teams. This included creating both online and offline surveys to identify industry challenges. We developed a custom analytics module with a Multi Select Filter for easy access to relevant information. Additionally, we built a scalable Drupal backend that features an intuitive user experience and design. As a result, 250 sales and presales teams utilized it daily for account mining activities. The senior management at EMC chose to enhance the features to include a dashboard, facilitating quicker decision-making for the sales and presales teams and aiding them in selling their products.
