OUR STORY
Penguin Solutions, established in 1988 as a specialty memory firm, has evolved into The AI Factory Platform Company, specializing in AI and HPC infrastructure. Through strategic acquisitions and innovations, including the pivotal 2018 acquisition of Penguin Computing, they merged high-performance computing expertise with advanced memory technologies. The company offers a comprehensive AI factory platform combining infrastructure software, compute systems, advanced memory, and partner solutions to support a spectrum of AI workloads—from training to large-scale agentic AI. Renowned for deploying nearly 100,000 GPUs and over 2 billion GPU runtime hours, Penguin also integrates fault-tolerant computing via its acquisition of Stratus Technologies. Collaborations with industry leaders like SK Telecom and NVIDIA underscore its commitment to scalable, reliable AI solutions worldwide.
