OUR STORY
Our Journey PcHelpMan® was founded in 1998 by Stephen Freedman, who holds a BSc (Hons). After completing his degree, he recognized a significant need for IT support services for local businesses and homeowners. With a background in several multinational companies, Stephen observed the increasing integration of technology into homes and small enterprises. During this period, there were few organizations catering to these needs, and the quality of those that existed was often subpar.
