Bivee and CGAP aimed to enhance access to financial services in Sub-Saharan Africa by establishing an online learning academy for professionals in the financial sector. This initiative connects local personnel with various online training programs, enabling banks and financial institutions to enhance their teams’ knowledge and skills in financial inclusion, ultimately benefiting their communities. The Gateway Academy is a web application designed for learners to access course material offline and in areas with poor internet connectivity. Paradem played a key role in shaping the strategic direction, defining the purpose, function, product development, and business analysis of the project. We offered technical expertise and established the architecture, considering its feasibility and appearance. From the outset, the teams were highly integrated to ensure that Gateway Academy not only provided courses but also addressed the client’s needs. Paradem was crucial in assembling a successful team across four organizations, creating journey maps, and implementing an effective agile methodology to facilitate the project's progression and success. Within six months, we showcased the product, and since its launch, over 1,000 learners have used the platform in seven countries, with plans for expansion into five additional countries. Getty Images engaged us to create a user-friendly website that allows users to quickly and effortlessly locate and download media content, while also providing a platform for creators to upload and sell their work. It was essential for the platform to be accessible on various devices and offered in multiple languages. The growth strategy heavily relied on effective SEO to achieve session and keyword objectives. SEO was integrated into the front-end development through well-structured semantic markup and engaging content. From the outset, we implemented strategies such as URL optimization, redirection, and semantic tagging.

Baha'i Community of Canada Family of Websites

In collaboration with the national Baha'i community of Canada, we initiated a project to revamp and unify their network of websites. The goal was to effectively showcase various facets of the Baha'i Community of Canada. Our team assisted in generating ideas related to target audiences, content, and the overall aesthetic of the sites. We organized sessions to consider the site's structure and enhance its visual identity. The process started by helping them redefine their main domain. We utilized the headless CMS, NetlifyCMS, to create a more distinguished, unique, and visually appealing site. The Canadian national community also has a news service, which we redesigned and developed using the headless CMS, DatoCMS, selected for its fit with the specific workflow requirements of the site managers. The last website we designed and developed was intended for the Canadian Baha'i communities' governmental and civic engagement division, the Office of Public Affairs, which also utilized NetlifyCMS.
