DESCRIPTION: We collaborated on the UX and UI design for Hiring Pad, a recruitment solutions company. One of the primary challenges faced by recruitment agencies is managing Human Resources, particularly when connecting candidates with positions. This task is complex, involving numerous uncertainties and factors that influence decisions such as hiring, ranking specialized skills, and overseeing open roles. At Palette69, we prioritize a user-centered design approach. Leveraging our expertise in behavioral science, we undertook the redesign of the dashboard, resulting in a more streamlined UX and easy navigation. This aligns with Hiring Pad's main goal of providing an accessible dashboard for candidates while equipping the company with advanced tools to oversee and enhance the recruitment process. The focus here is on ensuring accountability and building trust in candidates.
