OUR STORY
PACT, established in Hong Kong in 2018 by Neil Chowings and Rose Colledge, builds on their prior experience founding Work's first Asian branch in 2008. Initially specializing in employer branding and internal communications, Work partnered with leading financial institutions like Citi, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan, while expanding its Asian clientele to include prominent companies such as Swire, Coca-Cola, KPMG, McDonald’s, and Ageas. Following Work's acquisition by Capita in 2015, Neil and Rose launched PACT to concentrate on the Asia-Pacific market, embodying their philosophy that employee value propositions must align with customer value propositions. With a consultative and results-driven approach, PACT sustains longstanding client relationships and continues growth, including a new branch in Singapore.
