Behavioral Health Patient Engagement App

Unknown

OtherLeft collaborated with Clarity Behavioral Health to develop a tablet-based platform that equips behavioral health clinicians with tools to enhance their engagement with patients and effectively manage interactions and group sessions. The application also offers psychiatric patients access to engaging content, entertainment, and a feedback system within an inpatient environment. OtherLeft partnered with Clarity’s stakeholders to design a platform tailored for use by both patients and clinicians in inpatient settings. The platform includes a variety of tools that enable clinicians and social workers to oversee group sessions, track patient census, and develop lesson plans. For patients, the application features a curated selection of content and entertainment options, including TV shows, movies, books, games, and podcasts.

Orthopedic Telemedicine Solution

Unknown

Our client specializes in telemedicine solutions with a focus on orthopedics, aiming to enhance relationships, improve patient outcomes, and offer flexibility. They are pioneering the delivery of high-quality virtual care while equipping providers with the tools to excel both clinically and financially. OtherLeft collaborated with the company’s founder to create a comprehensive remote care environment tailored for orthopedic patients and healthcare providers. This includes a full video and audio platform, patient scheduling, reminders, and EHR integration. The clinician tool enables providers to manage their schedules, patients, and appointments effectively and works with EHRs to streamline appointment management, preventing duplicates and keeping track of no-shows. For patients, there is a web application that can be securely accessed on mobile devices or PCs through a link sent via automated email or text messages. Additionally, the app notifies providers when a patient enters the “virtual waiting room.” We prioritized a solution that doesn’t require a separate patient app, as our research suggests users are less inclined to engage with clinical solutions that require a download and setup. Our approach allows patients to participate in virtual appointments easily through a secure web app on their devices.
