Regarding technology: Our primary and most essential tool is the open-source CMS Drupal, in which we possess considerable expertise. Our team actively participates in annual Drupalcon events and contributes to the development of the Drupal core. Besides Drupal, our themes utilize Bootstrap or Foundation, and we build our sites using Docker images. Our methods: We employ an agile system within our team to deliver clients regularly updated and fully operational software. Our workflow is organized through Kanban boards, allowing us to track task assignments, completion speed, and areas for improvement in our client work. To further enhance work monitoring, we hold daily stand-up meetings where team members discuss their previous day's accomplishments, today's plans, and any challenges faced with their tasks. The team operates in a self-organizing manner, independently resolving issues and maintaining control over their work. A crucial final phase of our project process is our internal quality control, which involves two steps where every software component is reviewed by two team members who did not work on it, ensuring that errors are identified by fresh eyes that were not involved in the original coding.
