BACKGROUND: SuitsMe, a rapidly growing Fintech start-up boasting a 220% year-over-year increase, offers a seamless alternative to conventional banking through personal accounts that include online banking, a mobile app, and a contactless debit card. BRIEF: The goal is to develop a brand positioning that attracts consumers aspiring to a more aspirational lifestyle, thereby expanding the B2C market without losing appeal for B2B clients. This involves redesigning and streamlining the website to create intuitive navigation and clear messaging for various audiences. APPROACH: We collaborated closely with stakeholders to formulate a new brand strategy that effectively represents both B2B and B2C audiences, fostering growth across brand territories, consumer communications, website development, and acquisition campaign strategies. RESULTS: The launch of the revamped website led to a tenfold increase in customer application conversion rates.

BACKGROUND Jennie established her first store in 1997 and currently has a presence in London with 12 locations, stretching from Kensington to Marylebone High Street. She has also recently introduced a homeware line called Abode in Parsons Green and Marylebone, alongside an ambitious e-commerce growth strategy for 2023 and beyond. BRIEF The aim was to provide strategic guidance to the managing partners on expanding the business through brand development, e-commerce, and in-store marketing aimed at acquiring and retaining customers. APPROACH We began by organizing a workshop with the managing partners to unify their business insights and develop a clear framework for a 3-year strategy, aligning it with retail store data, refining the brand identity, and establishing specific growth objectives. We worked on enhancing brand and marketing strategies to optimize effectiveness. RESULTS The outcome was a more focused management team with a structured 3-year plan that includes reporting metrics and cohesive brand communications across all channels.

Global brand & Marketing strategy

Citywire

**BACKGROUND** Citywire delivers news, insights, and events for professional investors and advisors globally through 45 websites. Established 23 years ago, the company has offices in London, New York, Singapore, Dubai, Paris, and Munich. **BRIEF** Initially, Citywire's managing partners sought OSER's expertise for a tactical project aimed at increasing subscriber numbers in the US. Following this initial assignment, our role expanded to develop global brand and marketing strategies and to recruit an internal marketing team. **APPROACH** We embedded a consultant within Citywire to collaborate closely with the CEO and Directors on a series of strategic workshops with the internal team, creating a cohesive strategy for global branding, marketing, and subscriber acquisition campaigns. We also hired the internal global marketing team to implement the strategy and now provide ongoing strategic consulting on a monthly retainer. **RESULTS** This initiative resulted in brand consolidation and the launch of Citywire.com, along with the creation of three new paid subscription products. Customer acquisition efforts are now active, featuring real-time dashboard reporting for sales, product, and marketing optimization.
