We are proud to have supported Camo-Route in developing the identity for "Essentielles au transport," a meaningful initiative aimed at sustainably advancing women's roles in the road transportation industry. This thoughtful approach avoids stereotypes, embraces industry norms, and promotes a strong, human-centered, and dynamic brand. The project's ambition is clear: to significantly increase women's representation not only as truck drivers but also in traditionally underrepresented roles like mechanics, handling, and bus driving. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Camo-Route and the financial support of partners like Caisse Desjardins des transports, this third phase empowers companies to attract, integrate, and retain women, fostering a more inclusive transportation sector that addresses critical workforce needs.
