About the Team
OUR STORY
Operations Mavenue was founded by Asli Kahraman, a former corporate lawyer turned entrepreneur passionate about helping business owners streamline their operations. Inspired by Michael Gerber's book The E-Myth, Asli created an Operations Manual for her own business, which brought about immediate improvements in team consistency and onboarding. Recognizing the value, she expanded this approach to help others, growing the company to a team of eight and delivering hundreds of bespoke manuals. The company specializes in crafting comprehensive, scalable SOPs and Operations Manuals within Notion, addressing common challenges business owners face, such as scattered knowledge and inefficient training. Operations Mavenue offers personalized done-for-you manuals and ready-made templates, enabling businesses to centralize knowledge and foster growth effectively.
